Occasionally, a service may require some rework (for example: a nail tip coming loose) and will need to be repaired. We will make every effort to complete the work at our expense to your total satisfaction. If, however, you are unsatisfied with the second attempt, we will provide you with a complete credit for future esthetics services. There will be a one-year expiry date on your credit certificate and it is not transferable.
Given the nature of the service industry, however, absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS will be given on the services performed.
